  • I had this soup for dinner two nights ago and it was a hit! I loved it, Bob loved it and my coworkers loved it. I tweaked the recipe a bit: used 2 shallots, as the ones I had were very large. Subbed spinach for kale. And extra garlic because DUH.
  • I’ve been wanting to try chia seeds for a while and this looks like just the recipe to get me into it. Drool.
