c is for cookie (and crispy)


These crispy oatmeal cookies are exactly the kind of oatmeal cookie I like. Thin, crispy and a slight caramelized flavor on the edges. They’re quite yummy and so easy to make. And it’s pretty much the only way I’ll eat oatmeal.

Now if I could only find a way to keep the bottoms from burning.

  • This pasta salad is delicious (tested and loved by yours truly!) and a great almost-no-cook dish for the summer.
