a trick that keeps me going until the end of my workout at the gym

I’m strategic about it

I plan my iPod playlist so that all of my very favorite pump-me-up songs come near the end of my timed workout. That way, when I start getting those inevitable “Want to stop! Must stop!” thoughts, I refuse to let up because I haven’t yet listened to my fave tunes. And you know what? I end up pushing myself even harder because the music makes me want to move it, move it (you like to…MOVE IT!!!).
