friday!

  • yet again, i was left with overripe bananas, so i made a banana bread out of it (and forgot to post it).  so here it is (i used only 1/2 cup of sugar).  home-baked banana bread is best consumed when warm and with a glass of milk or coffee, don’t you think?

  • happy earth day!  and in celebration, here are some free deals you can score today.  i’ll be taking advantage of the origins offer–i just so happen to have an empty bottle of moisturizer that needs replacing!

  • and since we’re in the spirit of things, here are some uncommon uses for eggshells.  if you’re feeling extra creative (and craving something sweet), then try this.  one word: drool.
